All Tied Up

Miriam has a fascination with tying knots. We have knots in everything. She tied a jump rope to the legs of the end table. She tied the ears of her stuffed bunny together. She has tied things to doorknobs and dresser drawer knobs. She tied knots into her robe tie so tight that I can't get them out. Whenever she finds ribbon, she will tie them into contraptions that only her imagination could come up with. She made reins for a horse and a carrier for a stuffed animal out of ribbon. However, when it is her turn to empty the bathroom trash, she can't tie the handles of the plastic grocery bags we use as liners together! Go figure.
