David and Monica came over for dinner last Thursday. It was nice to be able to visit with them one-on-one. Big family gatherings make it difficult to really talk, since the guests of honor are trying to give attention to everyone. I made sure to get a picture of David, Monica and Hunter together, since at the family picnic I didn't get a picture of them together. Monica and I took the kids to play at the park for a while, and Jack and David talked about computer stuff. (I never know much more than that!)
